Requesting deletion of your data
You can ask us to delete your Zezamii account and the personal information held against it — your name, email address, user ID, profile picture, and your access history. Email support@zezamii.com from the address on your account, or call 1300 871 884, and tell us you want your data deleted. We will confirm your identity, action the request, and write back to you. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Two things are worth knowing before you ask:
- If your access is provided through your employer, building manager, or another organisation, that organisation controls your access record. We will pass your request on to them and tell you who they are.
- Photographs of a door and its hardware taken at installation form part of the commissioning record for that site. They are retained by contractual requirement and are not erased on request. They are not linked to your account.
