Organisation (Sites and Floors) Feature Review

This week’s article addresses three of Zezamii’s most important capabilities on the Z – Dashboard and the hierarchy of their application while providing a beta snapshot of each function and a small excerpt on its capability and role in the dashboard.  

Organization: An organization is a group of people who work together, like a neighbourhood association, a charity, a union, or a corporation. You can use the word organization to refer to group or business, or to the act of forming or establishing something.

Zezamii seeks to exemplify this definition by providing an outlay of control through our Z – Dashboard. This paragraph will run through the applications this feature provides and how to best utilise its capabilities for your business’s optimization.

Sites:  Commercial Site means any business, commercial, industrial, institutional, or governmental establishment. These include home-operated businesses, industries, commercial and institutional enterprises, and churches, nursing homes, non-profit associations, schools, and the like that are not Residential Sites.

Providing a drill through component of Organisation to our Sites feature whereby it controls and filters your business > organisation > sites to provide a detailed overview of the potential buildings, sites, places that are under supervision. By providing this outlay a wealth of data can be provided for in-depth analysis and management while issuing any crucial and important statistical insights for further optimisation and efficiency of productivity.

Floors: As with sites there can be further details to a particular site and levels to a building. Floors breaks down the sites existing within your organisation to provide a detailed rapport of the levels within a building and how they are being utilised. Separating the site in question to explore intricate values that remain within the site.

Providing a further drill through from Sites Z – Dashboard addresses the details that can lay within a site highlighting devices, rooms, and the levels associated. Providing a site manager with comprehensive data on the most important aspect of building management and employee control.
