Teams and People Feature overview

Following on from Monday’s article we explore more of Zezamii’s functions in the Z-Dashboard by focusing on the Teams and People features. These features work as collateral from the features in Monday’s article and work to simplify to your management of your working staff.  

Teams: A team is a group of individuals (human or non-human) working together to achieve their goal. ... Team members need to learn how to help one another, help other team members realize their true potential, and create an environment that allows everyone to go beyond their limitations.

Zezamii seeks to enhance this aspect of the business by providing management the necessary tools for optimisation. Technology has made our interactions smaller but our interconnectivity larger—to the factor wherein distance is hardly ever an impediment for businesses. Between cloud computing, software-as-a-service (SaaS) programs, 5G communication, and decentralized data, employees can connect from pretty much anywhere. For many employees now, their homes have become their domestic office and created pain points for managers across the world. Zezamii provides a cloud-based solution which eases control of teams and allows for on-site management and beyond.  

People: People are the working individuals that form Teams by working together or separately and individually to achieve the goals of their employers. Zezamii ensures that each organisation and team address these profiles with respective information and data regarding each employee

Integrating your working staff amongst all the Legacy Workplace Systems can be difficult. Zezamii eases these pains by placing control of the physical and digital workplace in the hands of management. People will be placed across all functions relevant like Organisations, Sites, Floors and Teams. As the dashboard is continually under development the Beta release for these features and the dashboard will release on the 14^th of February.
